Marriage Mentoring Ministries, Inc., exists to prepare and strengthen marriages and families in Central California through Marriage Mentoring and Marriage Education Programs.
Scope
MMMI reaches out to churches in the Fresno/Clovis area;from Bakersfield to Modesto;from Fresno/Clovis over to the Central Coast and San Jose.
Goal
Our goal is that by the year 2020, 75% of all churches in these areas will be mentoring churches, offering programs that will enrich and strengthen couples and families and lower the divorce rate.
History
In July, 2004, Ron & Joan founded Marriage Mentoring Ministries, Inc., in an effort to help improve the quality of marriages and families in Central California. Ron & Joan have been in the ministry since 1974 and have served with Campus Crusade for Christ, two local churches and, most recently, Link Care Center in Fresno, California as Director of Pastoral Care. The McLains have four grown children and three grandsons and reside in Fresno, California.
